Purchase prices for this product are on application and, if you decide to purchase this machine you will also need to take the annual costs of cover into account. For premier cover of the Mailmax 4405 which includes the mandatory annual Royal Mail inspection, labour and parts, call out, postal scale cover and all postal rate updates you can expect to pay an annual fee of £299. The comprehensive cover includes call outs, parts and labour and, of course, the Royal Mail inspection and will cost £199 per year. The basic cover which really just includes the annual Royal Mail inspection will cost £99 per year. Further cover costs include VAT on all cover packages and a further £100 plus VAT for the addition of cover for the auto-feeder.
If you decide that leasing this item is the better option for you then all cover costs will be included in your leasing package and some manufacturers offer a free trial period which will give you the opportunity to decide whether or not this is the right piece of equipment for your company's postage needs. All postage and supplies including ink cartridges and labels can be purchased either directly from the Frama website or a number of other suppliers based online.

The optional S-scale ensures accurate weighing and postage cost calculation and the franking statistics software helps you keep track of all franking so you know exactly what items have been franked, when and by whom. The optional CM6 Speed Conveyor Stacker will complete your postage processing system by transporting your franked mail items along the conveyor belt and into the out tray where they will be neatly stacked and ready to post. The Mailmax 4405 boasts all these features and functions and yet is still small and compact enough to fit snugly on any workspace.
